The surface and the edges of the teeth are getting worn day by day. Using of an inappropriate toothbrush or poor brushing technique can result in abrasion of the dental neck which can become sensitive to cold, warm or even to touch. These abrasions or hiatuses on the edges can be corrected by using light-curing filling material, thus eliminating the pain and sensitivity. The edge fillings are prepared the same way as the direct veneers, only they need less material, so the preparation time is less as well as the price.
