Personal philosophy: 'During my tourism studies, teachers are always saying that we are for the guest. This statement is also true in dentistry with a little modification. Instead of guest we speak about patient. Besides this, the receptionist means the same. She is the person who kindly welcomes the patient first, and says goodbye last with a smile. Between these, she patiently does her complex task. I am aware of these things and I try to do my work correctly in order to raise our patients’ satisfaction and support my colleagues.'
