Bone grafting operation In case of implantation if there is not enough bone for the implant to get stabilised through ossification we do bone grafting by using calcium-apatite, which is a natural component of the bone that promotes bone formation and growth onto the implant. In a simple case a small quantity is enough for success we can tell the patient how much it is going to cost to them and what the results are going to be. Membrane is not necessary to keep the bone graft in its place. In this case it’s called simple bone grafting.
