Throughout the first meeting, we discuss the emerging treatment alternatives, the appliance alternatives, the expected costs and other necessary steps that need to be taken. We spend a lot of time and energy to individualize the orthodontic treatment plans. The written treatment plan is handed out to the patient at the end of the planning process and it is part of the documentations that are fully relevant to the European and Hungarian legal recommendations.
The aim of the intervention in the early childhood is to support the harmonious growth of the teeth, the dental arch and the face and also to eliminate bad habits and factors that are inhibiting the harmonious growth. In order to achieve this, we use removable and/or partial or specially fixed appliances and sometimes we recommend using speech therapy. Throughout the orthodontic therapy it's often needed to check up the improvement for children by taking extra diagnostic images, as they are in an intense period of development.
