Pitt-Easy implant head
Titanium or zirconium implant head can be built up onto the Pitt-Easy implant screw. In a less (or non-) visible zone we usually use a titanium head on the osseointegrated implant screw. It can be an aesthetic shoulder-prepared one by factory default and high quality imprint can be taken immediately after insertion, no sanding-grinding needed by the dentist nor the technician.
The anatomic and aesthetic heads can be obtained both in straight and oblique shape and the stumps can be made parallel on the places where otherwise it wouldn’t be possible. The angle can be between 15 and 25 degrees correlated to the implant screw.
These titanium heads are prepared for both screw and cemented crown fastenings, whichever the patient chooses. The used techniques are a bit more complicated when using screw fastenings.
