  Tooth extraction - simple If the tooth or the the periodontium is already much destroyed that it cannot be saved, the problem can be solved only by tooth extraction in order to stop the pain. We call it simple tooth extraction if the crown part of the tooth is held, or the root is so loose that the tooth can be pulled out easily.
