  Tooth extraction surgery B (Level 2.) If we are facing with a removal of a special tooth, or if it hasn’t even grown out yet (it’s still under the gum in the bone) then a Level 2 surgery needs to be done. It means bone-removal as well as the removal of the tooth. After the removal the gum needs to be stitched and because the involvement of the bone the affected area might get swollen.
