Under warranty we undertake the following:

Our dentistry, according to the modern, internationally accepted treatment principles offers a written warranty. Depending on the given treatment, the length of the warranty is already set in the Dentistry Treatments - Prices section.
If the prosthesis – made by us – gets broken, lose, cracked, discoloured in its normal use, we polish/restore/repair/replace it free of charge.
Our patient will be issued a written warranty by us or the dental laboratory that created the prosthesis. In case of a warranty claim our patient needs to present this document.
With this written warranty we assure you that only qualified, worldwide-renowned, high quality materials are used for the composition of the prosthesis. Besides this the technology used for its preparation meets the highest international technical and quality standards.
Please keep your warranty document safe as you cannot exercise your warranty claim without it.

The warranty is subject to further validation that means you:

are obliged to maintain your oral care and to follow your dentist’s oral care directions,
are obliged to attend the free inspection session(s) specified by your dentist (3 monthly, 6 monthly or yearly) in our dentistry,
are obliged to have carried out the status reservation treatments in 30 days recommended by your dentist (e.g. calculus removal, denture rebasing, etc.),
have your calculus (that can cause periodontal diseases, such as gum and/or bone atrophy) removed/maintained by a controlled professional oral care treatment,
have already paid the total price of your treatment.

The warranty does not cover:

the unknown allergies and dental diseases and their consequences that develop after the treatment
damages resulted by extreme use (e.g. night clenching),
damages resulted by misuse or accident(s),
the treatments that haven’t been carried out (e.g. fillings or root canal of a tooth that inflamed after the bridge has been put in place, etc)
misuse by the patient resulting in damages,
home repair or modification attempts of the prosthesis/denture/bridge/crown/etc. resulting in damages,
if the patient doesn’t attend on the treatment session(s) and it causes the resumption of the treatment,
if another dentist, dental technician (other than the ones working at Dental Number One) interfere with the treatment during its course,
the periodic re-lining of the removable dental prosthesis, as the gum descent is a natural process, root canal treatments – however we do our best to carry out a successful root canal treatment, a low percentage of these can not be successful because of other non foreseeable conditions or personal susceptibility, etc.
those general diseases of the patients that may have adverse effect(s) on the masticatory system.
